FASHION TERROR: German Press Days SS15 Report Part 1

Der letzte Donnerstag und Freitag stand in Berlin ganz im Zeichem der Presse. Besser gesagt der Modepresse. Stylisten, Moderedakreure, Blogger und Jpurnalisten tummelten sich in den Berliner PR Agenturen um sich die SS15 Kollektionen der Designer und Labels mal genauer anzuschauen. Auch ich war mit dabei und möchte euch heute zeigen was ich aif den Press Days alles so erlebt und gesehen hab.

ENG: Last thursday and friday was all about press. Or to be more precice about the fashion press. Stylists, fashion editors, blogger and journalists came together in Berlins PR agencys to get a look on the new SS15 collections. I was there too, and want to show you what I have experienced and discovered.

Los ging es am Donnerstag bei Häberlein & Maurer, die Labels wie ADIDAS, ZIGN oder TOPSHOP unter ihren Klienten haben. Besonders gefallen haben mir dort die ADIDAS Colabs mit Rick Owens sowie die mit Yohji Yamamoto (Y-3). Außerdem haben ich und meine Begleitung Lea und Polly uns sofort in das Metallic Thema der Schuhkollektion von ZIGN verliebt.

We started with Häberlein & Maurer PR, who have labels like ADIDAS, ZIGN or TOPSHOP as their clients. I really liked the ADIDAS collabs with Rick Owens as well as the one with Yohji Yamamoto (Y-3). And me and my companions Lea and Polly directly fell in love with the silver theme of the ZIGN shoe collection.

Nach einem kurzen Stopp bei FakePR, der uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat ging es weiter zu Bold. Dort durften wir die neuen Kollektionen von BLK DENIM, CASIO und meiner persönlichen Neuentdeckung TIGHA bewundern. Besonders verliebt hab ich mich in die Krocko-Biker vom New Yorker Label BLK DENIM.

After a short stop at FakePR, which we don't really liked, we went to Bold. There we had the chance to get a look on the new BLK DENIM, CASIO and TIGHA collections, the last one is my personal new-discovery. I really, really fell in love with the croco-biker by BLK DENIM.

Nachdem wir uns noch in den Bus vor Bold gesetzt haben um Tee und Scones zu genießen machten wir uns auf den Weg zu Arne Eberle Press. Neben den tollen Kleidungsstücken von JULIAN ZIGERLI, FRISUR und TRINITAS haben es uns dort vor allem die Brillen von ANDY WOLF EYEWEAR und VAVA angetan.

After we had a little break at the Bold Bus we went to Arne Eberle Press to have a look on the JULIAN ZIGERLI, FRISUR and TRINITAS collections. But next to them especially the eyewear by WAWA and ANDY WOLF EYEWEAR caught our eye.

Bei Head & Heart Comunications fanden wir vorallem das Label ZUKKER aus Halle interessant. Obwohl Polly der Leo-Mantel aus kurzem Fell nicht so gut gefallen hat habe ich mich sofort in ihn verliebt!

At Head & Heart Communications we loved the ZUKKER collection. Polly didn't really liked the leo-coat but I totally would wear it.

Den Schluss machte für Donnerstag dann Silk Relations, die eine der größten Agencys in Berlin sind. Neben internationalen Größen wie LEVIS oder NIKE vertreten sie auch Berliner wie SOPOPULAR und AUGUSTIN TEBOUL. Meine Neuentdeckung bei Silk waren für mich eindeutig die bunten, trashigen Entwürfe von MARKUS LUPFER.

We ended this day at Silk Relations, which is one of the biggest agencys here in Berlin. Next to big international brands like LEVIS or NIKE Berlin based labels like SOPOPULAR and AUGUSTIN TEBOUL are their clients. I also had a new-discovery there: The colourful, trashy, eye-catching designs by MARKUS LUPFER.
